Investing In Innovation (I3) Fund (Due April 14, 2014)

The first part of the US Dept. of ED's Investing In Innovation (I3) Fund is out.   It's a little disappointing because it only funds school districts, or non-profits in partnership with districts or school consortia, and it requires a 15% match from the private sector.  But, it does have a $138 million budget to play with.  The current solicitation under this fund focuses on "development grants."
