Description: This FY 2014 competitive cooperative agreement program seeks to support the efforts of state, local, and tribal criminal justice agencies to adopt innovative justice information sharing solutions through the provision of training and technical assistance services.  Initiatives supported under this solicitation must facilitate adoption of one or more of the components of the Global Standards Package (GSP) and support criminal justice policies, practices, and programs that are data-driven and evidence-based.  Funding is being made available under several priority JIS TTA categories which BJA has identified below.  Specific tasks and deliverables are unique to each category, and prospective applicants are encouraged to fully research and understand the scope of the underlying criminal justice challenges prior to applying.  Applicants must adhere to all national guidelines and expectations as set forth by BJA under each category description.
