Description: In order to have an impact on communities at the most grassroots level, engaging local religious leaders who lead and influence these communities is key.  These individuals have been referred to as the ?cognitive center of gravity? of their communities.  In providing English and Information Technology (IT) training for local religious leaders in various locations nationwide, we aim to provide access to information and technology that they might not otherwise have.  These local leaders, in turn, can serve as role models for their local communities with regard to the benefits of accessing information through the Internet and learning English language.
